At Ice Shaker, we stand behind the quality of our premium stainless steel bottles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
